1 Mission

My path to law was not inherited — it was earned through fire. A fraudulent domestic partnership, a whistleblower stand in healthcare, and a weaponized eviction process built the case I now argue every day.

In 2025, a prominent real estate broker withheld an earned salary and violated staff and tenant housing ethics. I reported it. And I chose to fight.

Grounded in the 2024/2025 case research of Attorney Daniel W. Bernal (Stanford Law Fellow, University of Arizona PhD) and Andy Ye Yuan (Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law), my work documents predatory eviction policies plaguing Pinal and Maricopa County — and builds the tools for communities to fight back.

Alternative Business Structure

Developing an ABS to provide Hispanic and Black residents with document preparation support to fight pro se in Arizona eviction proceedings — closing the access-to-justice gap at its root.

Academic Research & Policy

Current undergraduate research into Arizona eviction law highlights systemic failures in Pinal and Maricopa County. Recognized by faculty and aligned with active case studies documenting predatory landlord policy.

White Collar Law Pipeline

Pursuing CDPL and LP designations in parallel with a pre-law undergraduate track — building credential infrastructure to step into the fight for community justice before the bar is passed.

Phoenix City Council · Active Campaign

Volunteering for Ed Hermes — Phoenix City Council

A professor recognized the alignment between my eviction research and the platform of Ed Hermes. His policy stance on tenant eviction support is the most substantive local leadership position in this race. I requested to join his campaign and am actively volunteering through the final stretch — because Phoenix needs this direction locked in before I transfer. My business ties and commitment to Arizona are permanent, regardless of where my degree takes me next.
